When was the Laura Natalie brand established?
Laura Natalie was started in Jan 2016 as an ultra luxury exotic leather handbag designer bag brand by Julian Chu in Singapore. In Jan 2020, due to requests from clients, we launched a new collection of French and Italian calf leather bags
Where are your leather goods made?
Laura Natalie bags are made by very experienced artisans in Italy and Singapore with over 20 years of experience making luxury leather bags.
How would you describe the quality of your bags?
Laura Natalie only use leather sourced from the best tanneries in the world. We obtain our leather from the same source as the top luxury brands in France and Italy. All our bags are individually inspected and checked before they are offered to our valued customers.
Can I change my bag for another item after I have received it?
We do not do exchanges but you can return the bag to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the money back to your credit card.
How do I return the bag after purchase?
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email sales@lauranatalie.com, mark Return on the email Subject Heading and include 3 photos of the bag from your cell phone as evidence of any damage to it or a wrong item was received. Our sales consultant will reach out to you and will arrange for DHL to collect the bag from you. Please note that charges for the return may be deducted from the refund back to you.
